New Serenic DonorVision Improves Constituent Management
Updated software helps nonprofits and government organizations better link development teams to accounting departments

Built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform, the updated Serenic DonorVision is a cloud-based system designed to help link development and accounting departments for more efficient revenue generation, tracking and reporting. From documenting communications to and from donors to planning and executing communication strategies, DonorVision includes features for cultivating relationships, segmenting constituents for targeting efforts, and managing donations and pledges throughout the giving cycle.
Seamless integration with Serenic Navigator eliminates time-consuming double data entry into disparate financial and CRM systems and avoids exporting and importing spreadsheet data. Integration with Microsoft Outlook allows users to stay in the Outlook program, so they can use Serenic DonorVision CRM functionality without opening the software program.

The updated Serenic DonorVision has a simple, familiar and intuitive user interface that requires little training time. A dynamic user-defined dashboard provides access to information specific to employees’ roles with information displayed in charts and graphs that are constantly refreshed for up-to-the-minute, easy-to-share views, such as progress made toward fundraising campaign goals. Users can “tag” information to easily identify and sort constituents with their own defined categories.
