        Randy Keith, President and Chief Executive Officer
Randy Keith is the president and chief executive officer of Serenic Corporation.  Randy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fast-growing company.  A 30-year veteran of the application software industry, Randy was formerly the president of Aperum Software, a provider of business solutions to mid-market distribution companies.  He held the same title at Navision Software NA, the North American subsidiary of Denmark-based Navision Software, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2001.

      Dave Abel, Vice President of Client Services
Dave Abel is vice president of client services at Serenic. His responsibilities include managing the professional consulting, custom development and technical support services departments, as well as supporting Serenic partners with their implementations. He has over 13 years of experience performing and managing accounting software implementations, including eight years with Serenic. Dave is committed to ensuring that every client enjoys the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and that projects are implemented with the same integrity that Serenic’s client base exhibits while achieving their missions.

      Paul Johnston, Chief Financial Officer
Paul Johnston is the chief financial officer of Serenic. He is responsible for finance, accounting and corporate disclosure, information technology, and operations. Paul has extensive operational and financial experience in a number of industries and holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in Canada. .

     Linda Nicholson, Vice President of Marketing
Linda Nicholson is the Vice President of Marketing at Serenic, responsible for all marketing initiatives for the company, including business development, branding, public relations and marketing communications. An executive with 24 years of corporate marketing experience, Linda has also held senior level marketing positions with OpenLogic, Kintera Fundware, Intuit and various other software companies. Linda applies Six Sigma Green Belt certification training to drive process excellence throughout the execution of each program.

      Donna Smiley, Vice President of Product Management
Donna Smiley is the vice president of product management at Serenic.  Her responsibilities include product strategy, client collaboration and competitive analysis.  Donna has 15 years experience providing software solutions to NFP and Government organizations, which was built on 10 years of accounting and financial management experience earlier in her career.  With four years managing the accounting department in an NFP and the unique ability to engage end-users in an effective methodology for gathering and defining requirements used in collaboration with the development team, Donna brings a structured plan to meeting the needs of end-users.

      Chris Stevenson, Vice President of Sales
Chris Stevenson is vice president of sales and alliances at Serenic, responsible for the company's direct and channel sales functions. He is a 27-year veteran of the accounting software industry having previously served in various sales management capacities with Platinum Software (now Epicor) and American Fundware (now Blackbaud). Chris has led the sales and partner alliances operation at Serenic since the company's initial release of its award-winning Serenic Navigator software for not-for-profits and governments.

      Brandon Taylor, Vice President of Product Strategy and Development
Brandon Taylor is vice president of product strategy and development at Serenic. He is responsible for the development and release of all product lines within the Serenic Navigator and Dynamics NAV Payroll/Human Resources offerings. Brandon has 14 years experience in software development beginning with the Idaho State Controller's office, Protean Technologies and now Serenic. He brings a commitment to quality in product offerings unmatched in the industry.
