Aug 2012: Serenic Releases Serenic Navigator 6.00.02
The release of Serenic Navigator 6.00.02 provides more than 50 enhancements with primary focus on AwardVision, Deposits and Loans, Account Schedules, Workflow and the launch of a new help system called the Serenic Knowledge Center. In addition to the enhancements, there are more than 200 improvements across the entire solution designed to improve usability based on customer feedback.
Significant functional enhancements and improvements were made in AwardVision, including:
- Ability to import proposals and award records.
- Ability to specify a fixed amount for matching.
- Ability to specify whether restriction checking is applicable at the award level.
- A new, comprehensive Award Summary report.
- A new currency, SCY, for improved tracking of the subaward currency.
The release also includes a new Serenic Knowledge Center built on a cloud platform. The Knowledge Center will include notifications, a search function, feedback button and four types of content:

- How-to Videos
- Troubleshooting
5.00.XX Retired in 2012
The 5.00.XX versions of Serenic NA/W1 Navigator and HCM retired during the 2012 calendar year. Retired versions are included under our Support plans, but not under our Maintenance plans.
