Serenic offers several support packages based on hours. Options include mini packs (8 - 32 hours) or levels (starting at 40 hours). For more information on each support package, view the Technical Support Agreement.

Once you're ready to select your level of support, please complete the fields, select a support option, and hit 'Continue.' You will then be able to enter your credit card information for an online purchase or request to be billed later. You will need to electronically sign an agreement via DocuSign and will receive an email receipt from Serenic after processing.
