Easing the Payment Process for Nonprofits
Every nonprofit and governmental agency pays bills, but not everyone does it the same way. Some of our clients accrue their expenses, while others work on a strict cash basis. Either way, we have added enhancements to the software to make the process easier. For clients on a cash basis, the new Post and Pay feature on the Purchase Invoice allows you to record the expense and payment in a single step. And the new Outstanding Payables feature gives clients a direct view into their accrued expenses, with an easy process to pay these expenses.
And we continue to improve the reporting, adding a new Statement of Activities report and enhancements to user-defined reports.
