FAMILY FIRST CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE ACT (FFCRA)

The IRS has enacted the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and Serenic Software has created a few reference tools including a Help Guide and Pay Controls import files for NaviPayroll and Serenic Navigator’s Payroll. If our customers and partners have questions, please contact Serenic support by creating a case in SerenicSource.

For many years, Serenic Software has supported tele-commuting work environments and we will continue to take advantage of technology that allows us to be ‘virtually’ engaged with our customers and partners, ensuring quality engagements that are also cost-effective. We have suspended travel and in-person meetings for our employees for the near term and all scheduled meetings will need to be conducted via tele-conference. Please contact your Serenic project manager if you have any questions.
