The professional services organization at Serenic Software is comprised of software professionals whose main objective is complete customer satisfaction. From implementation kick-off through post-implementation support, we have built a very strong group that is ready to enable end-user customers to achieve total productivity in their day-to-day operations.

Implementation Support

Implementation plans vary depending on end-user customer requirements. The adoption and configuration of NaviPayroll can be a straightforward effort with a training program, or a highly consultative, Partner-specific designed program to tailor the system to their customer’s unique business practices.

Project Management and Consulting

Every project demands a strategic and disciplined approach to reach production. Without sound project management, projects will flounder in mediocrity and often never come to fruition.

We place a tremendous value in the project management discipline and have built a methodology that has proven itself many times over to be the key factor in bringing many complex projects to go-live.

Serenic Software prides itself on its robust out-of-the-box functionality that allows NaviPayroll to be tailored to most business environments. Sometimes, however, our Partners and their customers need customized functionality to round-out the system. When that occurs, we have development staff available to help our Partners turn that vision into a reliable software solution.


As with any ERP software package, it is imperative to stay current on the latest version. Serenic Software is constantly enhancing NaviPayroll. In addition, we incorporate the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central releases.

We recommend that our Partners encourage their customers to budget for an upgrade every 18-24 months. When that time comes, we have an experienced team to help our many Partners make upgrading as seamless as possible.
