Training Your Way
We provide you with an evolving schedule of training options, delivered in a variety of formats, to help you gain the necessary knowledge and skills that best serve your customers. Our solution experts share best practice with exercises, easy-to-understand tips and examples, and step-by-step instructions on how to setup and improve financial management processes using Serenic Navigator.
In order to be authorized to sell and/or deliver Serenic’s Navigator software, Serenic Partners and any affiliates must have “ Serenic certified” staff in their employment. Serenic Navigator certification requires successful completion of Serenic sales and/or implementation training. Certification is awarded upon passing the associated exam. Serenic certification is tied to the trained individual.
